SERVING SUGGESTION:

Flake the trout side with bagel seasoning and serve in lettuce cups with a squeeze of lemon juice. The trout-and-cream cheese rolls and the meatand-cheese rolls can be served as is with crackers and dips. Serve the trout ribbons with bagel seasoning on toasted bagels with cream cheese. Or serve all of the above as a snack platter with cheese, crackers, olives and ripe tomatoes.
