Serve freerange droëwors and free-range sliced biltong with a cream cheese dip made using medium-fat cream cheese and biltong powder. Try some tempura biltong by deepfrying sliced biltong using Woolworths' tempura kit. Add sliced cucumber, green olives and radish and scatter with roast nuts.
