free-range eggs 2 sugar 3T self-raising flour 3T orange marmalade ½ cup dark chocolate 100 g, melted
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C. Using an electric mixer at a medium-high speed, cream the eggs and sugar together. Fold in the flour. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin pan and bake for 10 minutes. 2 Allow to cool slightly, then remove from the pan. Top each biscuit with 1 T marmalade and some melted chocolate. Chill for 5 minutes to set.
