BULK IT UP
Make this salad more substantial by adding greens such as blanched pak choi, blanched Tenderstem broccoli or baby spinach leaves to the pickle. Serve it as a side salad or turn it into a main by adding your choice of seared rump steak, Woolworths’ new white tuna fillets in olive oil, or crispy fried pork.
For extra flavour, toss the steak or pork in the pickle before frying.
