Bespokery in Parkview is the brainchild of couple Mitesh Pema and Nadia Singh, who dreamt of a dining experience that everyone could enjoy irrespective of their dietary restrictions. Think brinjal caponata – plant-based, carbconscious, dairy and gluten-free – a rich tomato, olive oil, caper and almond caponata served with a nutty, smoky tahini brinjal cream and harissa-roasted brinjal.
