For a memorable pop-up dinner Estée Hannah Lazarus is a natural storyteller whose medium happens to be food. She hosts pop-up dinners in the garden of her Victorian guesthouse alongside husband Michael and toddler Tomas, and draws inspiration from the memorable meals she has enjoyed around the world while working in international relations. One event, for example, centred around her travels through South America, and guests were treated to tamales, a corn-andchicken stew with Mexican peppers and hot chocolate made with spices, Peruvian cacao and cacao butter from the Amazon.
