Preparation: 25 minutes, plus 5–6 hours’ or overnight freezing time
Woolworths whipping cream 4 cups condensed milk 2 x 385 g cans vanilla extract 1½ t skopas 110 g, plus extra for serving rainbow vermicelli 2T
1 Using an electric beater, whip the cream until soft peaks form, taking care not to overbeat. Add the condensed milk, whisking continuously, then add the vanilla and beat until stiff. 2 Stir in the skopas and vermicelli. Freeze in a freezer-safe container (this would be a good time to repurpose that empty ice cream-container!). 3 To serve, scoop into bowls or sundae glasses and sprinkle with extra skopas. The skopas can be replaced with caramel popcorn or you could even use your favourite childhood cereal.
