My grandfather hated the cliché of the bunny chow because there’s more to explore that’s historically interesting and exciting. To be honest, I hadn’t eaten it more than once until I was 30 years old. One day while living in Berlin, I made them for my friends using German bread rolls and bean curry. They loved it!
