Using boerewors meat out of the casing means it is already seasoned to perfection. Use it to stuff pitas or make braai frikkadels.
PAP SNACKS Make the pap the night before so it sets and you can cut it into fingers the next day. Weighting down the tray of cooked pap will ensure your dippers don’t fall apart when grilled.
