CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM PIE WITH CARAMEL CRACK TOPPING

“This recipe uses ice-cream cones in an easy but impressive ice-cream pie. Use any flavour you like. Scoop the ice cream in advance and freeze on a tray lined with clingwrap.”

Woolworths chocolate sugar cones

12, finely crushed butter 120 g, melted

Woolworths chocolate ice cream 12 scoops Woolworths caramel crunch sauce

¾ cup

1 Mix the crushed wafer cones and butter. Press into a 23 cm dish, covering the base and sides. Freeze until ready to use. 2 Fill with ice-cream scoops and freeze again until ready to serve. Pour over the sauce at the table.
