Serve Woolworths’ pickled fish on cooked rice noodles and sliced baby cabbage, then garnish with pickled radishes and microgreens. Or, make a quick raita using cucumber, apples, lemon and yoghurt, then spoon over toasted rotis, beetroot matchsticks and Woolworths’ pickled fish.
