Hibiscus gin sour
Combine 200 g sugar and 1 cup water and simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat, then add 4 Woolworths hibiscus petals tea bags and steep until deep red in colour. Chill the syrup until required, then combine 2 tots hibiscus syrup with 2 tots gin or alcoholfree gin and top up with soda water to taste.
