Melted couverture on tap, metreshigh solid chocolate sculptures, cocoa-butter spray-gun stations… the production budget on this series alone is worth binging it. The premise is simple: eight professional pastry chefs and chocolatiers duke it out for 50 000 bucks and the chance to teach a masterclass at Guichon’s Pastry Academy in Las Vegas, but instead of losers being eliminated, they receive their own masterclasses from Guichon so they can improve.
