FROM THE EDITOR...
We find ourselves in strange – and difficult – times. Writing this a couple of days after tougher rules around social distancing came in, we’re realising that we may not be training normally, or racing, until well into the 2020 season. More importantly, there’s also a lot of worry which will be taking focus away from training for many of us. Looking positively though, I hope you’re able to use your (solo!) runs, turbo sessions and home-conditioning routines to boost your mood, keep you fit and give you a release from an anxious time. Here at 220, we’re working hard to give you the best advice in both the mag and on 220triathlon.com, with updates on how to train and with news from race organisers.
