2 Add the tentacles

Next, I began to add tentacles.

It is worth bearing in mind that these long limbs are extremely versatile in how they can move, so my aim was to demonstrate this with their positioning. I also wanted my subject to look as though it actually was moving – hence the sections omitted from the finished work, left to the viewer’s imagination.
