Turkish outfit Togg plans to go global with five electric cars due by 2030 – but not before it has found success in Turkey. “There’s no brand in the world that hasn’t been successful in its home market but been successful somewhere else,” said CEO Mehmet Gürcan Karakas. Togg plans to first head to Scandinavia, where people are apparently “much more open to new technology and new brands”, before expanding across Europe.
