Autozam AZ-1 1992

The Autozam AZ-1 was a Mazda product, which is why there was also a version called the Mazda AZ-550. Designed to comply with Japan’s kei car rules, it featured a mid-mounted 657cc turbocharged three-cylinder engine from Suzuki (which also sold the model, badged as the Cara). Production was wound up in 1993 after almost 5000 had been made for the Japanese market.
