Renew my Toyota
It was great to read of Toyota’s car refurbishment initiative (News, 22/29 December 2021). Autocar should put on its investigative hat and visit the Burnaston factory with the aim of extracting more information, as well as giving one or two suggestions.
For instance, one of my cars is a Toyota iq, which I plan to keep for many years to come. Talk to any
Toyota dealer and they will confirm that customers rate this genius little car very highly. I therefore suggest that Toyota offers to ‘remanufacture’ them. As they’re getting old now, it could offer, after appraisal, a gold, silver or bronze treatment. Grahame Skey
