A SEAT MADE TO MEASURE

-

Porsche has been offering the Cayman GT4 RS’S lightweight carbonfibre-shell bucket seats on various Gt-department special series models since they first appeared in the 918 Spyder in 2014 and then went on to be used in the 991-generation 911 GT2 RS and the new 992 911 GT3. But you might not realise that they can be tailored to your own specification via 3D-printed cushions of varying thickness.

The bodyformed seats have central removable sections made up of foam-mesh cushion inserts that can be produced in any number of gauges for extra lumbar support or extra padding for your upper back, should you want it, through the Porsche Exclusive programme.

The seats come with inertiareel seatbelts as standard and also a racing harness fixed to the standard-fit half roll-cage of the Clubsport or Weissachspecification GT4 RS.
