Warwickshire’s 300-strong collection is run by the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust. It charts the history of Britain’s car industry and spotlights an array of unique vehicles, including many firsts and lasts, prototypes and concepts. In this line pictured, for example, are the world’s oldest surviving MG, Land Rover and Mini. If you’re a fan of racing Jaguars, you can gaze at the only XJ13 in existence. You will also have the option to check out the recently arrived Vauxhall heritage collection, featuring a Lotus Carlton and an HP Firenza. The museum will host a two-day Land Rover show on 7/8 May, welcoming owners from all over to a weekend of festivities that includes the tackling of a daunting off-road course.
