Victoria & Albert: 200th birthday concert

In a celebratory concert marking the bicentenary of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, the Royal Choral Society and Coburg Philharmonic Orchestra perform music by the royal couple’s favourite composer, Mendelssohn, including the beautiful symphonycantata Lobgesang (Hymn of Praise) and his ‘Reformation’ Symphony, plus an enchanting work by Prince Albert.
