Blue Light gets green light

The Blue Light Orchestra, comprising members of the police, ambulance and fire services, has given its first ever concert at London’s St John’s Smith Square. Though the orchestra was formed in 2015, the concert of Shostakovich and Beethoven was its first public engagement, with proceeds going to the provision of mental health support for emergency service personnel. We trust Parry’s Blest Pair of Sirens will feature in a future concert.
