The last of the stretched C15s. The street-scrambler styling brought it up to date, and it looks very similar to the 250SS. Also known as the B50 Gold Star and B50T Victor. Most had a small capacity tank, though the Gold Star version came with a bigger Fleetstar tank. Fit electronic ignition to the B50 to improve starting. The fearsome reputation of the engine, which was developed by CCM into a motocross giant-killer, makes starting one a spectator sport. Wear ankle protection. There was also a US-only Triumph-badged version. Agile and quick, regular oil changes and a fully charged battery are essential. Living at the top of a hill or owning a roller starter will help.
