Hard on the heels of the long-awaited Torq Thrust alloy wheels comes this new range of 15-in wheels from Group 4 Wheels. From afar, they look like the factory-intalled steel wheels as used on early 911s and 912s, but close inspection shows they are, in fact, high-quality aluminium replicas!

The new wheels will be available in 5J, 6J and 7J widths, and weigh roughly 3kg less each than the equivalent steel rims. That’s a very worthwhile saving in unsprung weight. It is hoped the new wheels will be available later this year, with pricing similar to that of the TT range.
