RESTORE YOUR 911 YOURSELF WITH OUR HELP...
1. COLLECTION
We will collect your project and any mechanical parts you want refurbishing with our covered trailer. We will then transport it back to our workshop in Moreton-in-marsh.
2. STRIPDOWN
Depending on if the project comes to us built up or partly stripped, we will strip it back to the bare shell if required. All the components removed will be assessed and refurbished where possible. We will advise the most economical way forward, whether it is cheaper to simply replace with new or refurbish what you currently have.
3. METALWORK
Once your project is stripped we can fix all the rust issues and carry out the metalwork. At this stage metalwork upgrades, such as wider arches, can be fitted. This will be carried out on our Celette jig to ensure your car is within factory tolerances.
4. PAINT
Prior to painting your car your project will be gapped and primed ready for your inspection and sign-off. Before committing to a colour for the car we will provide painted speed shape samples based on your colour codes for you to choose from.
5. POWERTRAIN
Your engine can be partially or fully rebuilt to your specification. If it needs a refresh we can plate and vapour blast all the ancillaries to make it look like new again.
6. MECHANICAL
We can refurbish the mechanical components so they are complete and ready to attach to the painted shell.
7. TRIMMING
Don’t feel comfortable trimming your project? Leave it to the professionals! We can provide sample materials and colours for you to choose from.
8. BUILD UP
The project can be partially built up to whatever stage you feel comfortable to take it back in.
9. RETURN
We will return the project in whatever state of build you require. It can be rolling on its own wheels or on a dolly, with or without the engine and gearbox fitted, or even with the interior trimmed.
