Try to think of ways in which you can praise others, build better relationships on your team and be empathetic towards your colleagues.
Could you set up a Zoom book club to take conversations
beyond work? Or maybe try putting together a game of “coffee roulette” for your team each month. Put the participants’ names in one pot and a set of conversation starters in another. Everyone takes one of each, then grabs a coffee with the person that they picked to discuss the topic. It’s a great way to get to know people or to discuss a particular work issue.
