Oku Ibiza, which opens on the White Isle in May, just in time for clubbing season (fingers crossed). It’s on our radar thanks to its two pools (including one of the largest on the island), its close proximity to stunning Cala Gracio bay and for just being really stylish – the minimalist earthy-toned decor in the swim-up suites has hooked our attention big time. The complimentary yoga each morning is a nice touch, and there’ll be a DJ set at sunset while the cocktails flow. Sold.
