Sausage & cherry tomato spaghetti
After browning the sausagemeat, fennel seeds and mushrooms, add 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes, ½
tsp dried chilli flakes and 1 tsp sugar in place of the jar of sauce. Season, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins until slightly thickened. Serve with 400g spaghetti, cooked according to pack instructions, scattered with basil leaves and grated parmesan.
