Green Gem salad

5 Lit­tle Gem let­tuces, leaves

separated and washed

1 red onion, thinly sliced

100g radishes, thinly sliced

½ or­ange, juiced

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp white wine vine­gar

Scat­ter the let­tuce leaves, red onion and sliced radishes over a large plat­ter. Whisk to­gether the or­ange juice, olive oil and vine­gar with sea­son­ing, then driz­zle over the salad to serve.
