Green Gem salad

5 Little Gem lettuces, leaves

separated and washed

1 red onion, thinly sliced

100g radishes, thinly sliced

½ orange, juiced

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp white wine vinegar

Scatter the lettuce leaves, red onion and sliced radishes over a large platter. Whisk together the orange juice, olive oil and vinegar with seasoning, then drizzle over the salad to serve.
