Pepper & tuna panini toasts

4 panini rolls jar roasted pep­pers, drained 1 tsp tomato purée small hand­ful chopped pars­ley or basil 200g can tuna, drained 125g ball moz­zarella, torn into chunks Split the rolls in half and toast each side.
