How to make Moroc­can mint tea

Tip 3 tsp green tea leaves into a teapot, add 3 tbsp caster sugar and a large Q hand­ful mint sprigs. Top up with boil­ing wa­ter, then leave to in­fuse for 5 mins. Pour into glasses and add ex­tra mint leaves, if you like. It’s sweet­ened in the pot tra­di­tion­ally, but omit sugar if you pre­fer.
