Quick Italian salad
Toss 4 handfuls crisp salad leaves with some Peppadew peppers from a jar and some sliced black olives. Top with a few tbsp toasted pine nuts and dress with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Speedy salsa verde
ijŖ« > Ń>À}i ij>OE`vÕŃ Ŗv y>ÌĵŃi>v parsley. Mix with 2 tbsp capers, Ó wOEiŃÞ ÃŃĶVi` Ãij>ŃŃŖÌÃ] Ó ÌLë balsamic vinegar and 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus a little seasoning.
