Use it to make... Chunky cherry tomato ragu n Serves 4 n Prep 5 mins n Cook 15 mins

400g spaghetti or other pasta 1 batch mince base

100g cherry tomatoes,

quartered

1 tbsp mascarpone

1 bunch basil, roughly

chopped parmesan (or vegetarian

alternativ­e), to serve

1 Cook the pasta following pack instructio­ns. Tip the mince base into a pan and bring to a simmer. 2 Add the tomatoes and cook for 1 min. Stir in the mascarpone and basil. Serve over the pasta and top with parmesan, if you like. PER SERVING 681 kcals, fat 21g, saturates 9g, carbs 79g, sugars 8g, fibre 7g, protein 40g, salt 0.5g
