400g spaghetti or other pasta 1 batch mince base
100g cherry tomatoes,
quartered
1 tbsp mascarpone
1 bunch basil, roughly
chopped parmesan (or vegetarian
alternative), to serve
1 Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Tip the mince base into a pan and bring to a simmer. 2 Add the tomatoes and cook for 1 min. Stir in the mascarpone and basil.
