Creamy pasta sauce
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and fry 5 chopped streaky bacon rashers for a few minutes. Tip in a 400g can chopped tomatoes. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 mins. Add 250g frozen peas, mix well and return to the boil. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Stir through 3 tbsp mascarpone and a small handful of torn basil leaves.
