Pea & bacon cakes

Boil 2 large potatoes until tender, then mash and leave to cool slightly. Fry ƂPGN[ EJQRRGF QPKQP and 100g chopped bacon until light brown. Add 100g frozen peas, leave to cool, then combine with the mash, 1 tbsp plain ƃQWT and some seasoning. Form into small patties using your hands. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, then fry the patties on each side until golden.
