Frozen peas, from dips to stir-fry

Cook 500g chopped new potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry 3 tbsp curry paste for 1 min. Add 200g frozen peas and 125ml water. Add the potatoes and heat through through. Serve with rice.
