Breakfast super-shake
This is high in natural fats and sugar – ideal if you’re starting a day of intense exercise, as it will give you all the energy you need.
Serves 1 Prep 5 mins No cook
100ml full-fat milk
2 tbsp natural yogurt
1 banana
200g frozen forest fruits or a mixture
of fresh berries
11/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tsp mixed seeds
1 tsp honey
