50ml vodka
50ml grapefruit juice
20ml sugar syrup
½ fresh apricot
2 dashes Naga
Chilli Bitters chilli salt grapefruit wedge green chilli
As the weather turns cooler, warm up with this spicy serve from restaurant Dirty Bones. Begin by salting your rim. Moisten the edge of a highball, tip chilli salt into a saucer and roll the glass. Put the other ingredients into a shaker and muddle thoroughly, before adding ice and shaking. Finally, pour into the glass over more ice. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and a chilli.
