The guys behind Pidgin, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Hackney, have opened Magpie, just off London’s Regent Street. It’s a cool concept: as a trolley meanders through the dining room, guests pick what they like. We’ll be grabbing mackerel crudo with blueberry kosho and Hoi An terrine with pickles. magpie-london.com
