Bring a DMU home to Fife

-

A CLASS 107 DMU trailer will be returning to its former Fife home – if the Fife Heritage Railway can raise the £10,000 needed to complete the purchase and transport it from the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway.

The Kirkland-based preservation group has placed a deposit on Driving Motor Composite Lavatory No. 52029 to secure it for its needs.

This particular driving trailer was pictured working through Fife in the 1980s, so the move will see it back in familiar territory.
