An EMOM – every minute, on the minute. Three moves for five rounds or five moves for three rounds. Just pick them and go.

Favourite style of training?

It would have to be cross-training. CrossFit has really brought all my strengths together.

No 1 training buddy?

Gustavo [Vaz Tostes, fellow MH Elite member]. Before I met him, I was doing a mix of HIIT and bodybuildi­ng. He taught me about CrossFit and how the body moves.

Fantasy training partner?

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. I’m a fan of his message about positivity and motivation. An hour with David Goggins would be pretty epic, too. They’re people I could learn from.
