20 REPS IN 10 SECS 40-SEC REST

Dig out that band and fix it at shoulder height. Hold an end in each hand and set up in a staggered stance with your back towards the attachment point, elbows bent (A). Punch straight forwards with one arm and then the other as fast as you can for 10 punches in total (B). Swap your feet over and do 10 more. This kind of ‘hit’ is permitted.
