Quick Chicken Caesar Salad
HOW TO MAKE IT
Tear a romaine heart into bite-size pieces. Toss in some wholewheat breadcrumbs and 140g chopped chicken. In a blender, whizz up a handful of grated parmesan, 180ml olive oil and about 6 dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Pour some over the salad; toss. Add more to taste if you want and toss again. Top with more grated cheese and dig in.
