Sherrie’s undies in the post

SHERRIE Hewson has told how she gets sent KNICKERS and TIGHTS by her fans.

The 61-year-old Benidorm and former Corrie star said: “When I was in Corrie, because I owned the corner shop, I would get things like bottles of gherkins that they then thought I would sell.

“I’ve had pairs of tights gentlemen wanted me to wear for them and also quite a lot of underwear. But usually lots of sensible big knickers, nothing too raunchy.”

And Sherrie revealed that she once got so drunk with her fellow Loose Women panellist Carol Mcgiffin that they got banned from Marbella in Spain.

She said: “I’m not sure what we did. We went to this do and Carol got slightly inebriated and I think you could call our behaviour lairy.

“There was lots of wine involved and we were told our presence wouldn’t be appreciated in Marbella in the future.”
