The final line-up of speakers has been confirmed for the first session in RAIL’s new webinar series.

With a focus on Great British Railways, the webinars are being supported by the Rail Safety and Standards Board and AECOM, plus co-sponsors Atkins, Trainline, and Independent Rail Retailers.

This first event of the series takes place on October 25 (10301200) and is titled The Passenger Experience, Fares & Ticketing.

The GBR Transition Team will provide an update on how the foundations are being laid for the industry to adopt a customer-led approach to revenue growth, while leading a generational change in how rail is bought, paid for and experienced.

The series will be chaired by RAIL Managing Editor and Events Director Nigel Harris. The speakers for this first episode are:
