Walkers raise £43,000 for Rail Aid

Almost 200 people put their best feet forward to walk the Elizabeth line Rail Trail on October 7 and raise more than £43,000 for Rail Aid 2022. The inaugural event attracted participants from more than 20 companies - including Network Rail, the Rail Safety and Standards Board and Angel Trains - to walk the 15-mile route of the Elizabeth line between Woolwich and Paddington, above ground. The walk was organised by Transport for London and MTR, and sponsored by SMBC Leasing.
