GA offers extra help with getting home
Greater Anglia has created a series of guides to help passengers complete their journeys without a train, in the event of a disruption.
The information, available at the company's busiest stations, shows alternative rail and bus routes. Posters displayed on platforms have QR codes to download information onto mobile phones, with links to the Transport for London journey planner.
The new service is in response to commonly received complaints and questions to the operator's Twitter feed.
