Country to Capital

This is a 45-mile ultra event, but the fact that half the RW editorial team has – rather inexplicably – signed up to do it should reassure you that this is at the beginner-friendly end of the ultra scale. The race starts in Wendover, heads south and features a long stretch along the Grand Union Canal before finishing at Little Venice in central London.
