Carney: Brexit could push UK into recession

Britain could fall into recession if it votes to leave the European Union, the Governor of the Bank of England has warned in his biggest intervention yet in the referendum debate. Mark Carney said Brexit could result in falling house prices, rising mortgage costs and lower living standards.
