ARBORETUM EXPANDS

The National Memorial Arboretum’s new £8m conference and events pavilion, Aspects, opens this month. Veterans’ association reunions, seminars and talks have all been scheduled. Flags decorated by the public to remember those who fought in the First World War will form the outdoor installation Flags for the Fallen, on show until 11 November. www.thenma.org.uk
